First of all, welcome to Y-Share! Please read the rules below carefully and obey them, or get bitch slapped by the Y-Share staff or with other words, you'll get a warning or in some cases an account termination / ban!


1. Abusive comments and posts are forbidden and will be deleted. The author will be suspended temporarily. If such behavior repeats, then the author will face an account and IP ban

2. Do not post in dead/old topics. Just let them get carried away.

3. Do not post messages such as fhhskdjfhhdfh when replying. This is considered spam. Any user found spamming will be temporarily suspended, and ultimately banned if such behavior repeats.

4. Do not post pornography. Posting adult related content will result in an immediate account and IP ban - No exceptions!

5. Posting content that might damage or cause system errors to another member is forbidden. Any trace of malicious software on our boards will also result in the immediate account and IP ban of the author.

6. Do not post the same message in multiple forums. This is considered spam and the user will be warned. If repeated, the user will be banned from the forums.

7. Please make use of the search function if you are unsure about where to post. The search feature is self-explanatory, so with a bit of practice you will quickly find what you want.

8. Do not post Warez/Adult Forum links in this forum. If found then the user will be temporarily suspended. If the behavior repeats, then the user will be banned.

9. Spamming in the forum Shout Box is strictly prohibited. If found then the user will be temporarily suspended. If such behavior repeats, then the user will be banned.

10. Avatars and Signatures are given to make your stay with us a bit more personalized --- do not abuse it. All signatures should remain within the rules mentioned below. Failing to follow these guidelines may lead to removal of the signatures and avatars without prior notice.

• Signature or avatar showing user ip's like danasoft images (shows IP address and personal computer information) are not allowed.
• Sexually explicit images are not allowed.
• Usergroup/rank images aren’t allowed to be used as avatar, unless you are a staff member (used to easily spot an official).
• Cannot have any content pertaining to religion whatsoever. It only causes disputes and other issues.
• Should not show any type of unacceptable behavior, such as obscene finger gestures, etc.
• No advertisement of any kind is allowed. Y-Share already has to display ads to cover the running costs, so please do not annoy our members by making your signature into some sort of web ad.
• Before using someone else's avatar/signature in the forum, ask them for permission, especially if this is their own unique work.
• We allow signatures to contain advertisements only to personal websites or to blogs. If you are posting such links in your signature, please make sure you have only one outgoing link.

11. Offensive posts or threatening Private Messages are also in violation of our terms, and action will be taken if the system is abused. Please feel free to forward all such PM's to any of the staff members.

12. Any decision made by a Moderator is FINAL and cannot be disputed. Arguing over decisions or making polls or topics regarding admin/mod decisions will not get a decision overturned. It will however result in an account and IP ban, and the topic will be deleted.

13. Do not ask if you can be a moderator. Depending on your participation in the site, and the behavior which you show, we will approach you if we feel we could use your services.
